Shipping:
As a small business, we strive to ship out orders within 48 hours Monday-Saturday, but please allow 3-4 business days during holiday season, promotions, or sales.

- Enjoy FREE standard shipping on orders above US $40
- Shipping times: Standard shipping (USPS) : 7-15 business days
- Express shipping (DHL/UPS/FedEx): 3-5 business days
- All orders over $100 ship with signature confirmation upon delivery at no additional cost to ensure the safety of your order.
In some rare circumstances and busy season like Christmas, New Year, etc., it might take a little longer via standard shipping as carrier facilities have a heavy workload which makes for longer processing times. So please choose the shipping method that will ensure your order arrives in a timely manner.
Returns & Exchanges:
Applies to non-sale items only: If you are not completely in love with your new jewelry, you can return/exchange the unworn piece back to us in its original packaging for a refund within 14 days from receiving your order.
Items that CAN NOT be returned or exchanged :
- Earrings or piercing items. For customer's hygiene and protection purposes, we do not accept piercing items return.
Items that CAN be returned and exchanged :
- You receive a wrong item. Email us with title: "Wrong Item Received- Order ID"
- The item you receive is defective. Email us with title: "Defective Item Received - Order ID".
-Item did not fit ( ring size , bracelet size )
To initiate a return/exchange :
1. Please email info@shopmisol.com to submit your request for a return/exchange.
2. Once your return/exchange has been approved, a return shipping label will be emailed for your convenience.
3. The return/exchange items should be in new/unworn condition, in original package, placed back in original jewelry bag. Please ensure they are safely and securely packaged when shipped to prevent any damage during transit.
Once we receive your package back at our facility, please allow 2-3 business days for your return/exchange to be processed. Once the return/ exchange is processed, we will issue your refund in the original amount paid (excluding any shipping charges) back to your original method of payment.
***Please note that all items listed at a reduced price within our Sale Collection are final sale***
- We cannot provide refunds when the product is still in transit.
- We cannot refund/cancel your order after 24 hours of having made your purchase, as your order might have already been processed.
- The shipping cost cannot be refunded if the item is shipped, with the exception of any wrong or defective items.
